The USELESS PLAYBOYS was the "swing noir" band that Billy Pitman and Jonny Cecka founded, circa - 1989, which evolved from the duo The TRUE DETECTIVES. They toured extensively throughout the USA including stints with El-Vez and The Reverend Horton Heat. They broke up in 1995 after recording a never released CD.
